If you want some more information or would like to go on the waiting list for counselling then the first thing to do is to telephone us or send us a message by email.
Telehpone: You will normally have to leave a message on the answer phone (24 hrs). Please leave your name and phone number. If it is NOT OK for us to leave a message for you then you MUST TELL US at this stage.
Email: Please include your name and a contact phone number in the message. We will then contact you by phone. Sometimes this can take a couple of days. If it is NOT OK for us to leave a phone message for you then you MUST TELL US at this stage. Please note that email is not 100% reliable due to spam filters.
When we get to speak to you we will ask for a few details: your address, the name and address of your GP, and what times and days of the week suit you best. We will then put you on the waiting list.
Giving us feedback after counsellingAt the end of your counselling we ask you for some feedback to help us improve our service. Here is a PDF version of the comment sheet that you can print out and send back.
