What we offer

Here at Face 2 Face, the service that our volunteer counsellors provide, allows low income clients to access counselling confidentially without the worries associated with finances.

How we differ

Here at Face 2 Face, we ask instead that our clients contribute between £5 and £20 per session to help us cover overheads such as utilities, equipment, provisions, and contributions towards counsellor supervision sessions.

Historically, our further training programme for volunteer counsellors, an essential part of BACP membership and ethical framework, has relied solely on grant applications and fundraising events.

As a charity, none of our team are paid - all are volunteers, and we rely on kind donations to help us with any deficits we may accrue such as equipment failures, upkeep of premises, and increases in utilities.

Appointments

Counselling sessions are by appointment only. Sessions are delivered in person, by phone, and online.
